Concept: MInT
- a robust bike frame
- a low bike frame to allow user to easily step onto bike
- lights placed on front of frame and on back mud guard
- wiring from lights, brakes and gears can be housed within the hollow bike frame
- helmet is stored within storage unit, disposable insert purchased at pay station
- Myki and credit cards payments
- storage unit positioned at the back of the bike and connected to the main frame to increase the bikes ease of use
- holding bay is low and wide enough to allow the storage unit, handle bars and pedals can pass through the bay; allowing users to wheel bike forward into the bay and then forward out of the bay
Concept: melbikes
- holding bay lights up to notify user which bike can be accessed
- cord from bike connects to holding bay to secure bike
- storage unit connected to handle bars
- lights connected to from storage unit (which also holds the electronic components)
- the rear light is attached to the back mud guard
- track on floor of holding bay to allow user to easily push bike into lock
